"Shea" or "Shea Baby" as she is most commonly known as....is quite simple put....the apple of my eye! Like her mother, Shea Baby is a very easy girl with the sweetest, most endearing temperament of any Vizsla I know. Shea stepped into the ring at 6 months and just few days old and won the 6-9 month puppy bitch class at both the 2014 Vizsla Club of America National Specialty and Sweepstakes as well. Shea teamed up with her brother, Swayze, as the representative "get" in the brood bitch class which led to a 1st place Brood Bitch honor for her mother, Ziva, at the VCA National Specialty. Shea's father, Hummer, garnered the coveted National Best of Breeder award at the same National Specialty. Shea's impressive pedigree includes her paternal grandfather Ch Barben's Shall We Dance "Dancer" the #1 Vizsla in 1992 and maternal grandmother BIS BISS "Briseis" JH ROM and continues to include many more notable vizslas, including her Great, Great Grandfather MBIS MNBISS Ch Russet Leather's Warrior Mark JH ROM, the most winniest Vizlsa, owner/breeder/handled in history. Shea easily finished her championship with three major wins in a handful of weekends including an Owner Handled Sporting Group 1 Placement. Shea quite easily complete her Grand Championship with several Best of Breed wins. And it is no wonder, Shea exhibits the beautiful breed type of a female vizsla. She is moderate at 21-3/4 inches, shorter back, lovely shoulder layback and an awe inspiring, wide open, floating side gate. Shea is also a dynamo in the field! Shea earned a 2nd place at the GSP of Reno Field Trial at just 8 months old. Shea easily earned her Junior Hunter title and is currently training for her Senior Title.
